Community Bonding:
It's been more than 15 days as a GSoC 2018 student for Free and Open Source Silicon Foundation. Free and Open Source Silicon (FOSSi) are components and systems that are inside silicon devices (‘chips’). FOSSi is a non-profit foundation with the mission to promote and assist free and open digital hardware designs and their related ecosystems. FOSSi operates as an open, inclusive, vendor-independent group.

FOSSi has several projects working under it. LibreCores is one of them which lists free and open source “IP Cores” on the website for the community to view and use. All listed projects are backed by a git repository. Currently, LibreCores.org websites extract the project README and LICENSE and render them on the project page, along with links to the project homepage and git repository. I had introduced myself to the community and then started contributing to the community by fixing issues and bugs in LibreCores.Where I find Philipp Wagner and Amitosh Swain Mohapatra as my mentors. My proposal drafts which indicate to Improve LibreCores in terms of discoverability has been accepted by the community and I have got a chance to become a GSoC student for FOSSi foundation.

It's been more than 15 days of the community bonding period. In this time I have got to know the community better. I have interacted with the members of the community and discussed the implementation of the ideas of my proposal. I am getting a better response and support from my community. Till now the experience as a GSoC student is awesome and I am looking forward to having a good time this summer.
